Cleaning for a Reason
If you know any woman currently undergoing treatment for any kind of cancer, please pass the word to her that there is a cleaning service that provides FREE housecleaning - once per month for 4 months while she is in treatment. All she has to do is sign up and have her doctor fax a note confirming the treatment. Cleaning for a Reason will have a participating maid service in her zip code area arrange for the service. This organization serves the entire USA and currently has 547 partners to help these women.

Bible Study Course
Perhaps as you started reading through your Bible again this new year, you've entertained the idea of getting some help in just how to study the Bible. If you fall in this category and would like help in learning how to study the Bible, The Philadelphia Access Center will be offering a course to that end. Joe Welch will be facilitating a course entitled "Knowing Scripture". The class will be using a 12 lesson DVD series and book by R. C. Sproul with the same title. The cost of the course is $15 for which you will receive the book and course outline. The course will begin on Saturday February 19th at 9:30 till around 11:00. If you are interested, call Joe Welch at 215 389-1985 x25, or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please register as soon as possible. Seating is limited and the seats are filling up fast.
Cropsey in the Field
We had an inquiry from an Asian woman who needs help with her English. She lives and works in the city. She has excellent English but has entered a work environment recently that is less tolerant of her accent, intonation, and occasional errors. Her English is a little advanced for our classes, and she is particularly looking for someone to talk to for one hour a week or once every two weeks to help correct her pronunciation. I wondered if you might put this on your blog and see if someone would volunteer? I can be emailed.
