Grace and Peace Sunday Cookout

Tenth's daughter church, Grace and Peace Community Church in South Philly is looking for 8-12 volunteers to help cook and serve food this Sunday, June 3rd from about 11:30am - 2:30pm.  Children are welcomed.  This is their second summer hosting free neighborhood cookouts each Sunday in June and they're expecting 200+ participants each day.  The team that is helping is welcomed, and even encouraged, to come to their 10:00 worship service.  If interested please contact Wendy McCarthy at molluscgirl@hotmail.com or 267-303-2758.  They also ask that you please don't just show up at the cookout.  They have limited space and want to focus their attention on their neighbors.

If you have excess frequent flier miles that you could donate for this couple, please contact skim(at)tenth.org or x240.
