What an interesting article.... leaving one with much to think about. How strong is my faith? Have I really passed it on to my children?......
I don't usually read the CSM, but I did read this thought provoking article a few days ago. Of course,
I might debate that there are any "mainline evangelicals" and don't know exactly whose demise he is predicting. I do think it is true that many evangelicals have fallen into the trap of "fighting windmills." Perhaps, the most striking comment is the sad fact that very few so called evangelical christians
can"articulate the gospel with any coherence". I was hoping that would be addressed in the Urban Missions
conference, but it wasn't
