Caretaker – Building and Grounds

General Responsibilities:
The Home Office of the American Missionary Fellowship is housed in the historic Almonbury House in Villanova, Pennsylvania. Built in 1911, the facility houses the operation of the mission’s national staff and occasionally serves as a conference center for missionares. The mission desires to maintain the facility in pristine condition and needs a person who sees a commitment to achieving suchas their ministry. Responsibilities include all maintenance and housekeeping of the building and upkeep of the grounds.
This comprises the physical plant including all electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling and structural aspects of the building as well as scheduled maintenance, general repairs, interior cleaning and upkeep of the grounds.

An apartment is available in the facility and may be a part of the compensation package.
