Biographical Information
· Brian Esterly is a senior executive who has spent 17 years working with organizations focused on addressing a broad range of healthcare business needs.
· He currently serves as an entrepreneur-in-residence at BioAdvance, a Philadelphia-based Venture Capital fund. In this capacity he works with a diverse set of fast growing, early-stage companies, primarily on strategic, business development and corporate development opportunities.
· He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at excelleRx, a $220 million national pharmacy acquired by Omnicare in August 2005.
· Previously, Brian was founding President of Pharmastar, a medical education company. In two years Brian built that organization from operational inception to over $4 million in revenue through profitable, 100% compounded annual revenue growth.
· Prior to Pharmastar, Brian spent eight years in management consulting and served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve including combat experience during Operation Desert Storm.
· Brian has an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business and an undergraduate degree in business from Villanova University.
