In Front

Carroll sent in these quotes taken from a popular teen magazine:

33.35 Days per year the average 13- to 17- year-old spends in front of a television set or movie screen.

39.48 Days per year the average 35- to 54-year-old spends in front of a television set or movie screen.

I heard a new story once that indicated that television usage does tend to drop off during college years, and the point of the story was that if you can "convert" people at that point to a lifetime of less TV, it was a lot more possible than at other times.
