Thanks for posting this. We already have 25 registered in under 24 hours!

Women at Tenth will remember that Carolyn Custis James was our conference speaker in 2004 on the topic of her first book, When Life and Beliefs Collide. If we have a large enough crowd, Westminster will open the bookstore in the late afternoon so you can get both of her books. If you've never browsed the store, check out wtsbooks.com. Prices are GREAT. Delivery is fast and cheap. And purchasing here rather than Amazon or Christian Books keeps text book costs low for students.

Our TenthWomen conference this year is coming quickly -- February 25 with Jayne Clark. Hope to see you there!

diana refers to the single most challenging, insightful, encouraging book (other than the bible) in my christian walk (the conference was amazing too). it has changed the way i pray. i've said before, it's a shame it's labeled 'for women'. men and women should read this book. I highly suggest buying it and reading it once a year. here's a direct link to the book at wts. i'm willing to lend my copy (although it's worn and marked). ok, i'll buy copies for folks. (really. email me, i'm in the directory.)

I am reading the book right now. Particularly enjoy her insights on Mary as theologian.
