I've just returned from a pleasant visit to the Philadelphia Access Center, where Tenth member Joe Welch directs counseling services. PAC provides Christian social aid services in S Philly at 11th and Mifflin. They could use, by the way, volunteer help at the receptionist's desk and a woman fluent in Spanish.
