Goodbye to a brother deacon, a godfather to our son, and a dear cherished old friend. There is now another large hole in our world.
Due to the loss of Stephanie's younger brother and his service on the same day, our family will not be able to attend the memorial service, which for us will be a third tragedy. But our memories of worshiping together at 17th and Delancey will not fade.
Come soon, Lord Jesus.

I have just read about Jerry's sudden passing into God's presence. He was my first friend from Tenth, he had introduced me to both the church and the amazing people there, and gotten me involved with both Tenth College Union and City Light. He was funny, smart, athletic, compassionate, a man who loved his family, friends, church and, most of all, Jesus Christ. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him, especially his beloved Anne and their children.
