Second Time Around

Second Time Around is a children's donation center manged and operated by participants attending the Department of Public Welfare's EARN (Employment, Advancement, Retention & Networking) program. The center provides gently used children's clothing, toys, games, furniture, and more to families in Bucks County. Families interested in receiving donations must be referred through an Agency/Program.
Donations are both accepted and provided at:
