Our current apartment will be for rent starting either May 1st or June 1st (Let us know what works for you) and ending on August 31st. This is a great opportunity for someone who only wants housing for the summer and doesn't want to get tied into a 1 year lease. The lease would be for 3-4 months with the option to renew the lease for a full year starting on September 1st. The apartment is located at 2016 Spring Garden Street which is the very nice Fairmount/ Art Museum section of the city.

The living room has a fireplace (non-operational). The 1st bedroom is the largest with closet and sliding glass door that opens into a private backyard. The second bedroom/ office is a good size. The Washer and Dryer are in the basement and coin operated. Current rent is #1,295/ month.Cooking gas, Heat, hot water, elec, tv/internet are separate.
