Invitation

I just received this email from presbytery. Looks like Tenth is having a special service.

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ.

I write to invite you and your congregation to attend the ninth annual Reformation Hymn Festival at Tenth Presbyterian Church, 17th and Spruce Streets, on Sunday, October 26, at 6:15 pm. Our purpose is to glorify God through a rich experience of corporate worship, highlighting a central theme which will serve as the focus of our preaching and congregational singing.

This year we welcome Dr. Bryan Chapell from Covenant Theological Seminary to preach on "Rewired by the Gospel." The Westminster Brass, the Tenth Church Choir, and Dr. Paul Jones will all participate in the service.

We understand, of course, that you may have your own evening service. But if you do not have a regular Sunday evening service, or if you would like to worship with us that night, please invite your congregation to join us for an evening of singing and preaching to the glory of God. Posters with the relevant details will be available soon, and we will send some copies so you can share this information with your congregation.
