I'll stick with neo-kolhbruggeanism.
Hmm. Intriguing article, though I find it interesting that the bulk of attention is given to Particular Baptists rather than folks who are drawn to or excited by the magisterial Reformation, though I guess that's to be expected in an American evangelical context.
And, Paul, I thought the neo-Kohlbrüggeans (note spelling) were antinomian and non-Calvinistic, despite attention from Kuyper and, later, Barth. :-)
