Speaking the Truth in Solitude

Sorry I'm late posting this morning. Got here early to record some of the Speaking the Truth in Love messages. Have completed 8 of 12. Do you know how hard it is, by the way, to find a place in the church that is completely quiet?

Great to hear of your progress on this project. It should NOT be too difficult to find a quiet place in the church but given that Tenth is the "Mountain of Activity" I can understand the difficulty. One former Pastoral staff member was said to leave the "Mountain of Activity for Peace Valley". Do you know who this is?
Given the space problem at Tenth it may be difficult to dedicate a room for a time of quietness but I think it would be beneficial so that this space could be used occasionally by CCA and Tenth members and Staff for quiet prayer and meditation. Just a thought.

What about the sunday school classrooms in the basement (not the Catecombs, but the 3, 4 & 5 year old classes). Does anyone use them during the week?

In answer to Joe's comment,I would guess that the Peace Valley Pastoral Staff member was Glen McDowell.....The idea of a "quiet room for prayer/meditation sounds like a good one...
I have no suggestions though for I understand how difficult it is to find quiet...oh!what about the sound room up on the west side of the choir loft?

Cbrubaker was correct. The former Tenth staff member was Glen McDowell and the sound room idea sounds good but may be a little crowded. Marion any thoughts on this idea?
