Internet Ministry

Things that don't occur to me. This was sent in by Tobias Klauder, an IT team member.

If we get as much snow as is predicted, attendance on Sunday morning will
probably be lighter than normal, but these are the Sundays when we have
always hit a new record high of concurrent Internet listeners in the past.
This Sunday will likely be no exception.

The snow storm last year that hit in the early morning on Sunday, was the cause of our current record: 54 concurrent listeners.

By the way - for those intending to listen to the webcast, remember that it occurs during the 9:00 am service, starting at 8:45

We had 123 listeners during the 11 AM service, and unfortunately about an additional 275 people attempt to connect, but our provider SermonAudio was not able to handle it. We apologize to those who could not connect. The service MP3 will be available online later today for streaming, and the sermon will be available for mp3 download. We will be working with SermonAudio to try to make sure that the next time this happens we will be able to accomdate all listeners.

The webcast has reached the maximum number of listeners. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. The evening service is also currently scheduled to be webcast this evening, conditions permitting. Start time will be 6:15 pm
