Going to the Doctor
Went to the doctor yesterday, a gastrointestinal specialist. I've turned 50 and must face the inevitable colonoscopy. One observation is that the poster of the g.i. system with its description of "problems" is not nearly as nice as the posters at the eye doctor's office. I left with my stomach hurting.

Ugh. You can do it. And it's very important!!
Speaking from my experience with a colonoscopy at the age of 15, I can validly say that they aren't that bad! Not at all!
The pain level is low, and the prep/meds aren't too bad either.
