Happy birthday Phil!!!
Unfortunately for suffering Phillies fans like myself, "one more win for the Cards" today would be too late... they let the Astros beat them the last two days and sunk our wild card chances!
Thanks be to God for His grace that this annual heartache will not exist in the life to come... ;-)
p.s. I apologize for using the occasion of Phil's birthday as an excuse to vent!
And exactly how many times have the Phils beat the Astros in the last two years?
exactly zero!
