Is there a minumum age? If so, what is it?
What should a parent focus on teaching his child in preperation for such a class?
We have no minumum age. Most of the students are around age 12, but there is no age requirement. If the child is much younger, it would be wise for the parents to meet with an elder to discuss the child's readiness. As to focus, merely continue to teach the gospel and train your child to walk in the "path of righteousness." And pray for the work of the Holy Spirit in giving ears to hear and a heart to obey.
