Roommates Needed in Hunting Park House

There are openings for two females in a comfy house on a great block. Here are some basic stats on the house:

3 bedroom house, 1 bathroom.  Front and back lawn, front porch; Rent is $750 total - that's very cheap for Philly. One room is $225/ month and the largest room in the house is $300/ month. We pay utilities (Gas, Electric, internet.  Our landlord pays water and we don't have cable). Quiet one way- street, close access to the city and burbs. We're about 25 minutes from Westminster Seminary & 15/20 minutes to Center City. Washer/dryer in basement. Parking is on the street (only a few times a month do I need to park around the corner from our house). We have LOTS of storage capacity in the dry basement. The lease is month to month now, because I've been here for 3 years.  To the best of my knowledge, I plan to live here for the foreseeable future.
