Room Available to Sublet in University City

I am seeking a woman to sublet a small, furnished room in my apartment through December 2012. The apartment is comfortable and fully furnished. It also has a front porch and a small backyard. Some of the advantages of the apartment are friendly neighbors, an excellent landlord, and a location only a block away from the trolley. I am seeking someone who is laid back, comfortable with sharing space, and not opposed to a friendly cat.
