Three bedrooms are available for rent in an apartment shared by Christian women in Chinatown. The apartment is a split-level 4 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment located on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building. There is a kitchen/living room, washer and dryer, and a nice-sized balcony.

*The small bedroom is available June 1st. Rent is $343/month + utilities.
*The two larger bedrooms located on the second floor of the apartment can both be available for rent July 1st. You could have the entire second floor of the apartment and one of the bathrooms to yourself! Rent for each room is $372 + utilities.
*If desired, one of the larger bedrooms could be made available starting August 1st or September 1st, if necessary. 
*Utilities include central heat/air conditioning, gas, electric, water, internet, and are $50/month, on average.

The apartment is located conveniently at 9th & Spring Streets in Chinatown, 2 blocks from the Broad Street Line stop at 8th & Race and about 7 minutes walking distance to the Market-Frankford (Blue) Line at 8th & Market. It is close to the Vine Street Expressway, 676, and 95. The area features fresh produce markets, Reading Terminal, the Gallery and is in walking distance to Old City and Center City.
