I am subletting my apartment for the months of July and August. It is a very lovely one-bedroom with a very bright living room, hard wood floors and updated kitchen. The rent is $710 per month and this includes internet, gas, water, and heat. It is located in a quiet building close to the universities on Osage Avenue (between 44th & 45th). If you are interested in signing a lease for the following leasing year, then you might also be able to do that with the landlord.
