Full-time English/History teacher needed at CCA for 2011-2012

Position:
ENGLISH/HISTORY TEACHER
City Center Academy, 315 S. 17th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103

Qualifications:
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Pennsylvania teacher’s certification (or plans to work towards obtaining certification)
• Commitment to Christian education
• Desire to be part of a growing, multi-racial, urban, Christian high school with high academic standards
• Teaching experience preferred

Summary:
We are seeking an outstanding teacher of high school English and history. The applicant for this position will be an integral part of our faculty and should enjoy working with a team to provide quality education in an urban context.
