"The Yale Distinguished Music Educator Award is presented to..."

...our own Tom Elliott (ruling elder and trombone player extraordinaire)!

"The Yale Distinguished Music Educator Award is presented biennially by the Yale School of Music to participants in the Symposium of Music in Schools. These awards honor fifty music educators from across the country who are selected for their outstanding accomplishments teaching music in public schools."

So treat the man with some respect because that bone player has distinction!
