Drexel grad student seeking shared housing

I am an incoming graduate student at Drexel this coming fall and am looking to share housing in the area.

• Am 23 and male.
• Am fairly quiet, clean, and organized.
• Looking for a lease starting in either August or by the first of September.
• Would like to share a place with 1 or 2 others.
