Sparrows and Duct Tape?

Sparrows, Saturday, March 12, 2011, 1–3 pm
Fellowship Hall

* Did you know that duct tape was invented during World War II as a water resistant sealing tape for ammunition cases?
* Did you know that Duck Product sponsors a competition for creating prom formal wear out of duct tape?
* Did you know that duct tape is not used for sealing ductwork?
* Did you know that Sparrows will have an all-duct-tape event this Saturday, March 12, 1:00–3:00 PM, in Fellowship Hall?

We will have some fun playing goofy duct tape games. The Collins family will teach us a craft project using duct tape. Even our devotional by Lisa Malia will fit with our duct tape theme. Please come to meet friends, be taught from the Word, smile, laugh, and get stuck on tape!

Sparrows is an intergenerational ministry for girls and women. Girls, ages 5 and up, are invited for an afternoon of fun and games. All teens and women are especially encouraged to come and befriend a younger girl and enjoy the fellowship.
If you have any questions or would like to pre-register (which would be appreciated but not a requirement for attending the event), please contact Amy Voorhis.
