Annual Meeting

I (actually Christy Corbett, but I did the writing) just sent an eblast to the congregation regarding the congregational meeting coming up December 3. Here is the text.

Dear Congregation,

Just two months left in the year! And summer ended only last week! Of all the year-end events least on your minds, it is likely to be the church's annual congregational meeting. But that is just a month away, Friday, December 3. Mark that date on your calendars for a congregational dinner starting at 6:00 pm, followed by the congregational meeting at 7:30 pm in the sanctuary. We will review and vote on the budgets-Outreach, Church Ministry, and Building Improvement. We will also vote on the following slate of nominees:

You will receive a mailing in the latter half of the month that will include information on the nominees and on the proposed budgets. You will also hear more about the dinner, at which, because of the elevator, everyone can come and eat together!
