One way to access assessment and/or treatment for insomnia is to volunteer to participate in Penn's ongoing studies about the causes and consequences of untreated insomnia and the effectiveness of current and new treatments. When you volunteer, and if you are eligible for research, your participation may benefit you in a number of ways including, at no cost, one or more of the following:

- An overnight sleep study
