Benefit Concert Featuring David Kim
You are cordially invited to An Evening of Music, Dessert & Art with David Kim, Concertmaster of the Philadelphia Orchestra and International Performer. Please join us on Friday, January 22, at 8:00 pm for this unique event including a post-concert dessert reception.
Tickets are available for $25 per person. All proceeds benefit DC. Tickets may be purchased by credit card online (click here to purchase tickets online) and by cash or check through the Advancement Office. Make checks payable to DCCS with Benefit Concert included in the memo. Mail to 462 Malin Road, Newtown Square, PA 19073, attn. Kim O'Bryan. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the door on the evening of the concert. Please note, all concert tickets are open seating. Doors open at 7:30 pm.
Mr. Kim started playing the violin at the age of three and received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from The Juilliard School. As an international performer, Mr. Kim was the only American violinist in 1986 to win a prize at the International Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow, thus launching his solo career. During this memorable evening, Mr. Kim, father of two DC students, will share his personal and professional story.
