I used to be a regular at Tenth. I am trying to rent my Northern liberties coop apt. I am currently living in New York. The apt is 2 bedrooms, spacous, located half a block frm the 47 bus. There is a free parking lot for residents. The apt is $815 dollars a month (for people associated with tenth) and includes all utilities! It also has a very large shared courtyard with picnic tables, bamboo trees and a fig tree, and rose garden! It can be partially furnished. This is negotiable. I need someone quick.
