-City location preferred (or easy access to downtown via Public Transit).
-$250.00-$400.00 per month for room, $450.00-$600.00 for studio.
-Willing to sign a 6 month or year lease or to sublet.
About me: I am a quiet 28 year old male who works often (Temple University and the Philadelphia Museum of Art) so you would rarely see me. I am also a non-smoker and live a fairly no frills life so no need for Internet or Television. I should note though I am allergic to most cats.
