Frequent Flier Miles Needed

We need frequent flier miles for John, Terri, and their family to fly back to the States for medical check-ups, procedures, and surgery. Their insurance will cover at least two flights, but they may need to find alternative funding for the remaining four flights. We're hoping to cover at least a few of those flights through frequent flier miles.
