Biblical Exposition

The annual Workshop on Biblical Exposition will be held next week, Wednesday through Friday. We are expecting about 40 pastors to attend. Along with large group presentations on how to exegete Scripture and sample sermons, we break into small groups to present sermon outlines and hone our skills. The whole workshop is basically an exercise in developing skills for expository preaching.

This year's focus will be apocalyptic scripture. By the way, Aaron Messner will be one of the speakers. He will preach February 8 and his family is coming up with him.
