Hula Police?

As I was driving (our plentious) supplies back to the church from the Christian Street project with Maranatha I turned a corner...and saw blue and red lights in my rear mirror.

Police?! Did I do something wrong?

But then they disappeared immediately...and in my side mirrors I could not see any vehicles. Then I realized the light-up hula hoops in the back had just turned off!
