Going Up

I walked by the parking lot on 17th between Spruce and Locust, the one that has been displaying a sign about multi-million dollar condos. Looks like construction has begun. The lot is torn up with big trucks sitting on it. I'm glad I was able to make my deposit in time. It's a surprise for Ginger.
