Advent Activites in Parish 3

Bible Study: Kingdom-minded Prayer. This Advent, Paul and Sylvia Duggan (535 South 46th Street, Philadelphia) are hosting a three-week Wednesday night Bible study on selected petitions of the Lord's Prayer focused on the coming (Advent) of the Kingdom. Week 1 (November 28) we'll focus on "Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name," Week 2 (December 5) we'll cover "thy Kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven" Week 3 (December 12) we'll cover "Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil" We will share a light supper at 6:30pm, begin study at 7:30.
