We are selling our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house (1800 sq. ft.) in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood. The address is 2102 St. Albans St. (between Fitzwater St. and Catherine St.) about ten blocks from Tenth. The house has a finished basement with a pantry, a laundry room, and a storage room. New hardwood has been installed in the living room/dining area and the original pine floors have been restored on the upper two floors. House also includes central air.
