Day of Prayer
We filled Fellowship Hall yesterday for the 9:00 prayer session and had about a dozen at the 11:00. Overall, attendance for the quarterly Day of Prayer has tripled for the last three sessions. May this be an ongoing trend. I am especially pleased, since we did not advertize the prayer sessions as much as we did the earlier two.

I have noticed that many Sunday School classes announce that they have "no class" during the Quarterly Day of Prayer, but encourage people to attend the prayer time.
I wonder if we would get better results by continuing Sunday School classes as usual but having SS teachers lead the class in prayer that week. The prayer time would seek less skippable if done as part of the regular routine.
