Rental House Needed

Tenth members Hershal and Sandra Wiggins are in need of a house to rent. Their present landlord will not let them put in a ramp, and it has become much too dangerous to move Sandra in and out of the house due to physical needs. They are looking for either need a house that has one or no steps, or a house that will allow them to have a removable ramp installed at NO cost to the owner. They are also in need of a used car.
