This Sunday on Broad Street

In our parking survey the other week, we forgot to ask how many of you rely on access to or across Broad St. during your Sunday morning commute. It's a timely question, especially considering that this coming Sunday morning Broad Street will be flooded with runners and spectators and will be a hostile place to have a car, not to mention claustrophoic for a pedestrian. We offer the following suggestions:

1. Embrace variety. If Broad Street is your normal route, pick this week to try a more scenic driving route.
2. Be sneaky and subvert the system; take the subway.
3. Become familiar with the PATCO walking tunnels that run underneath Locust St.
4. Scour the race website to find answers to all life's perplexing questions (or at least those pertaining to this Sunday's commute).
