Business Manager Needed

Pilgrim Church in Philadelphia’s northwesterly Wissahickon neighborhood, with a membership of 150, a historic structure and significant investment in local campus Philadelphia University, seeks a Business Manager starting immediately.
The Business Manager will be responsible to manage member volunteers in 15 hrs weekly (excluding Sundays), 2 weeks unpaid vacation, and all national holidays, and take responsibility for the following areas:

• Finance (biweekly payroll, basic accounting, and assist Ministry Teams with budgetary disbursement)
• Communication (update website content and be proficient in graphic design tools InDesign or MS Publisher)
• Facility (manage internal and external facility usage through established forms)
• Diaconal (direct physical and mercy requests to appropriate officers)
• General (administrative support to pastor, clerk of session, public worship and ministry programs)
