Plotting a preschool

Ever notice how many strollers there are downtown? The under-five population has exploded and preschool programs are in short supply in Center City. Tenth would love to serve our neighbors by providing another option for high-quality early childhood education and is actively considering starting a preschool in September 2013. At this point in our planning process, the preschool planning committee has lots of logistical decisions to consider. They are looking for input from parents likely to enroll their children.
