Examined and Approved

This past Wednesday evening, the Philadelphia Presbytery examined and approved Will Spokes to receive Tenth's call as Assistant Minister of Outreach. All that is left to be done is to make the move. His start date is August 1, though his actually move date is likely to be three weeks later, as he is in the midst of selling his house.

Now that all hurdles have been crossed, I can reveal the real agenda behind choosing Will. This has all been an elaborate scheme to get his wife Meghan McFarland Spokes back to Tenth. Meghan is a former member and popular staff worker. With four boys (not including Will), I don't think we can get her back on staff though.
