Female Roommate(s) Wanted

One or two female housemates wanted to share a three-story home with young professional Christian women.  There is one bedroom still available either as a single or double occupancy.

* It's a great house--built in 2007 with hardwood floors, granite countertops, washer/dryer, security system, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, basement, and garage.
* It's a great location--8 blocks due south of Rittenhouse Square and along Septa bus route #2.
* It's a great deal--$2000/month split 3-4 ways plus utilities. Each bedroom is at least 16' x18' and includes 2 closets and a private bathroom. This well maintained house has been shared by 4-5 women since its purchase.

Lease starts July 1 though a verbal commitment is needed before May 15 in order to renew the lease. Pictures and tours are available upon request.
