Searching for Summer Housing

A Presbyterian minister and theological professor and his wife are looking for an apartment or house in the Philadelphia area to use this summer. They live in Wales and would like to be near their daughter who attends Tenth with her family. They would also like to be near their other daughter who lives in Delaware and is expecting her first child in July. Ideally, they looking for a place for July and  part of August.
