Housing Needed

I am a physician starting fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital at the end of June and am looking for either a 1BR apartment or a 2BR apartment with a roommate, that is near the hospital.  Also, parking and washer/dryer are a plus.  I prefer someone who is Christian, non-smoker, no pets.
