Ministry Funds Request

Dear Trustees,

I would like to have my ministry expense account increased to add a new, exciting responsibility to my job description. Read here for explanation. I would keep the boundaries of Girard to Washington between the rivers. Even so, that will keep me busy and could be expensive.
