Christian woman, early 30's, seeking to rent a room to 1 Christian woman for possible short or long term lease.  New construction, comfortable home, with small backyard.  Parking available with either parking pass or general street parking.  Home is near the Broad Street Line (3 blocks from South Street stop), 15 minute walk from Center City, 5 minute walk to the Italian Market, 25 minute walk to Penn's Landing/Olde City.  No smoking, no cats, but a dog could be discussed.  Available February 15th, possibly sooner.  Rent is $400 + 1/2 utilities.  Utilities include electric (heat/air conditioning is electric), water, and wireless internet, but no cable TV.  Please contact 717-385-9793.
