Apartment for rent
My wife and I will be moving out of our Lansdowne apartment in March. We are looking for a person or persons to move into our apartment beginning in April, and sublet our lease which will end June 1, with the option to stay of course. The apartment is spacious, sunny, and we have a great relationship with our landlord. It is about 1100 square feet. Rent is $975, which includes all utilities but electric. Contact me with any questions, and for interior pictures.
Below is our Landlord's description of the apartment:

This property has undergone a complete historic restoration and was nominated for the “Lansdowne Beautification Award”. The spacious first apartment features a fireside living room, second parlor with pocket doors, center hall, bedroom with beamed ceiling, fully equipped kitchen with oak cabinets, dishwasher, gas range, and refrigerator, tiled bath, laundry room with washer, dryer and laundry sink. Random-width red pine hardwood floors and original architectural details inside and out. Rent includes heat, cooking gas, hot and cold water and garage parking. Resident pays for electric. Walking distance to public transportation and Septa R3 commuter rail to University City (15 minutes), Center City Philadelphia (18 minutes), and Media. A short 17 minute drive to Philadelphia International Airport. Cat friendly, but no dogs please. For a prompt response and to schedule an appointment to visit, please call 610-394-2964.
