Woman seeking roommates for a shared five-bedroom, three-story house located just a ten minute bike ride from Center City, and a short walking/biking distance to University of Penn and Drexel. Seeking four mature roommates who are very clean, picks up after self, quiet, respectful, nonsmokers, nondrinkers, does not use drugs, pays rent on time (no exception), either employed or working students, does not play loud music at odd hours, respectful to the neighbors, does not eat anyone's food, and responsible. Absolutely NO HARD-CORE PARTIES. It’s a smoke free, pet free, and respectful environment, and for those who are interested in paying the lowest rent in Philly. First & last month's rent. A month's notice requirement if planning to vacate a room.

The area of residence is in the Mantua/Powelton area, 37XX Fairmont Avenue.
Basic utilities (water, gas, electric) will be evenly split among the renters. Bills will be posted on the front door for every renter's to view. If a tenant prefers Internet access, cable, etc., requesting tenant pays for that bill only and expenses will not be distributed to the other renters.
